How the Buying Process Works

We Will:

  1. Conduct an initial professional counseling session to determine specific needs, wants and goals.
  2. Provide community profiling: A detailed review of the geographic, demographic, and economics of specific residential areas where the Buyer’s needs and wants can best be fulfilled.
  3. Provide mortgage qualification assistance to facilitate the mortgage application process with a Mortgage Loan Originator. Then a suitable property can be selected.
  4. Conduct an ongoing search of a wide spectrum of housing availability, including the Multiple Listing Service, for sale by owners, and properties available through relocation management companies and lending institutions.
  5. Schedule appointments and accompany the Buyer on all property showings.
  6. Complete a professional comparative market analysis on any home selected for purchase to provide factual data on recent comparable sales that will assist the Buyer in the offer and negotiation process.
  7. Provide professional representation for the Buyer in negotiation with the seller and the seller’s agents.
  8. Schedule appointments to provide access to the property for inspectors, appraisers, ect.
  9. Following up, between contract and closing, to assure that all necessary documentation is completed and available before the closing date.
  10. Accompany the Buyer to the closing.
  11. Continue to provide service long after the sale is complete!
