Meet Amanda
Broker Associate – Team Lead
When starting her career as a REALTOR® in May of 2003 at a young age, Amanda had already been in real estate half of her life working in the family business. She began by spending countless hours filing, making phone calls, and helping with paperwork alongside the man who would later become her mentor and business partner, her father, an industry leader himself of more than 30 years. After her initial introduction to the working world, Amanda went on to graduate from Colorado State University. With her diploma in hand and an internship spent almost entirely in a cubical, she decided to get her real estate license. Today, she is running the family business, DiVito Dream Makers, which is now consistently among one of the top producing RE/MAX Alliance teams in the Denver Metro Area and loving it!
To her clients, this live wire has become an advisor, counselor, and trusted agent. Amanda believes that serving the community and industry is as important as serving her clients. She served on the Board of Directors for the Jefferson County Association of REALTORS® from 2006-2011 for which she was the Secretary of the Board in 2011 and is the past President for the Builder-Realty Council of Metropolitan Denver. She was honored to become part of the elite group of young professionals as REALTOR® Magazines “30 Under 30” in 2008 and was awarded the Young Professional of the Year in 2011 by both the Arvada Chamber of Commerce and the Colorado Association of REALTORS®. She was the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS®, REALTOR® of the Year in 2012, a lifetime achievement award given to an elite few. DiVito Dream Makers has been one of the top ten real estate teams in Colorado for the last six years and is consistently one of the top 25 RE/MAX teams in the nation for its size. Moreover, Amanda is a strong supporter of DDRC (Developmentally Disabled Resource Center) in Jefferson County, CMN (Children’s Miracle Network), and countless causes and organization in her community.
Combining these efforts has allowed her to both become a familiar face in her community and to become a knowledgeable leader in her profession.
Amanda is a REALTOR® who friends and neighbors trust. She believes strongly in the power of goal setting, having a positive attitude and the desire to be the best. Her knack for building relationships and her no-nonsense approach has gained her a great deal of respect in this highly competitive industry. She believes that balance is the key to a healthy life and a thriving business. Amanda and her husband Ryan have a beautiful daughter, Evelyn, and two handsome sons, Nolan, and Oliver. They love to travel and spend time with family and friends.

Meet Stacey
Broker Associate
Stacey Bushaw hails from San Antonio, Texas, but her family moved here to Colorado when she was 16. She graduated from Broomfield High and then Metropolitan State University of Denver.
DiVito Dream Makers recruited Stacey because of her commitment to excellence and learning, mental fortitude, as well as being both service and family-oriented. Stacey guides her life with two core values: 1) gratitude and 2) selflessness. With every transaction, she brings a mental flexibility, determination and focus perfect for negotiating on behalf of her clients, knowledge of the greater Denver Metro area, as well as kindness and professionalism.
Stacey is no stranger to real estate. She and her husband, Keith, have bought and sold residential investment properties across Colorado for years. Stacey knows the value of a home in a person’s life and aims to help others find their place to call home.
Besides real estate, Stacey’s other main passion is healthy living – both healthy eating and staying active. As a child, she did gymnastics, dance team and cheer. Now, she continues to workout every day while becoming a fluent Spanish speaker, recently taking education and working trips to Central and South America.
Stacey is a mom to five kids – two girls and three boys – and three dogs. Her family is also a certified foster family, willing and hopeful to share their blessings with anyone in need. Her family enjoys doing anything that gets them up and moving, especially outdoors. Stacey’s favorite part about living in Colorado is the countless opportunities for both healthy living and eating.

Meet Joe
Founder and Director of Business Development
Joe DiVito is the founder of the DiVito Dream Makers. Today, he serves as the director of business development, assisting his fellow Dream Makers in an advisory role. He transitioned into this new role at the start of 2020, handing off command of this award-winning, top-producing team to his fearless and tenacious daughter Amanda.
This family-run, small business all started in 1986 when Joe received his real estate license. But his story starts long before that. Born and raised in Chicago, IL., Joe attended Loyola University and married Sue in 1971. They moved to Steamboat Springs a year later and soon after he founded an electrical contracting business. After 10 successful years, he sold the business. With visions of the big city ahead, Joe and Sue – along with their three children (Joe Jr., Matt and Amanda) – moved to Denver in 1983.
Joe believed to be successful as a REALTOR, he needed to be active in the community. Joe served on more boards than we could possible mention. To name a few, they include the Steamboat Springs Chamber of Commerce and being on the Board of Trustees for the Jefferson County Public Library. In the REALTOR® community, he held numerous elected positions and hundreds of hours of volunteerism for the Jefferson County Association of REALTORS® as well as at the state level as CAR Director on behalf of the Jefferson County Association of REALTORS® . Not to mention a Rotarian for over 20 years, parish member, city planning commissioner, city council and countless other area’s of involvement…truly the list goes on.
Joe remains an active parent and grandparent, as his family ties are tightly woven – something he considers a true blessing in his life. Today, Joe and Sue enjoy playing pickleball, spending time with family and traveling around the world.
Meet Lana
Business Manager
Lana Hearne is our business manager and bookkeeper. As a bookkeeper, Lana oversees all of DiVito Dream Makers’ financial data and ensures compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, as well as daily financial entries and reconciliations.
As our business manager, Lana keeps our team running efficiently. She plans and supports all agents and manages the 3 staff members. Lana maintains office systems like organizing office procedures, preparing payroll, designing filing systems, reviewing supply requisitions, and many other clerical functions. Lana sets the tone for the camaraderie and efficiency in our office.
Lana is a perfectionist and aims to get each task done in a timely, effective manner. She asks specific, pointed questions to establish what is needed to get the job done right and to execute it with expertise.
Having two kids keeps Lana busy outside of work. She is very involved in their extra-curriculars, keeping her active. She lives in Arvada with her husband, two kids, and their beloved family dogs.

Meet Carey
Broker Associate and Transaction Coordinator
Carey Edberg is perfectly suited for her role as Transaction Coordinator. Carey is a licensed agent, working in property management before joining DiVito Dream Makers.
Carey is the right-hand of each agent, anticipating not only their needs but also their clients’. For clients, she’s a paperwork wizard. She handles all the paperwork involved from under contract to close.
Carey’s organizational skills and attention to detail ensure your transaction is smooth. Her skills allow each Dream Maker to have more one-on-one time with their clients, which is what they love – giving clients WOW service!
Outside of work, Carey enjoys watching hockey, hiking, and spending time with her husband, son, and two cats.

Meet Kati
Concierge Services, Staging, and Inside Sales
Kati Moore is a dynamic professional who brings her passion for interior design and entrepreneurship to her role at DiVito Dream Makers as an Inside Sales Specialist. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maximizing the value of homes, Kati specializes in implementing optimal design strategies, ranging from utilizing existing belongings to full-scale staging.
Armed with a Masters of Science in Entrepreneurship from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Oklahoma, she brings a unique blend of creative vision and business acumen to her endeavors.
Hailing from the heartland of Oklahoma, Kati’s professional journey has taken her through various roles, including as a Realtor with RE/MAX Life in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Prior to her foray into the real estate industry, she dedicated her time and skills to several nonprofits, leaving a positive impact on organizations such as the American Red Cross, Tulsa Ballet, and Children’s Hospital Foundation in Oklahoma.
As an alumna of Kappa Kappa Gamma, Kati embraces a commitment to sisterhood and community. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is deeply invested in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Whether she’s hiking, practicing yoga, or going for a run, Kati finds joy in staying active and balanced.
In her personal life, Kati is a proud wife and mom to two wonderful kids, Charlie and Bennett. Family holds a special place in her heart, and she cherishes the moments spent traveling and exploring new places with her loved ones.

Broker Associate and Listing Manager
As a dedicated listing manager and licensed agent, Emily plays a pivotal role in driving our team’s success with clients. With over four years of experience in the real estate industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our operations.
Emily is exceptionally organized, efficient, and thrives on tackling new challenges. She collaborates closely with Carey and each Dream Makers agent to gain a deep understanding of their clients’ long-term goals and provide tailored support to meet their needs.
