It’s a great time for a hike along the Front Range!

Looking for some good options for hiking in our area now that the days are longer and the sun in shining? See below for some ideas!

1. Mt. Sanitas Loop Trail in Boulder: This moderately difficult 3 mile loop up the mountainside is a challenging climb, but the views of Boulder and the Front Range are worth the trek! Dog-friendly and open year round.

2. Forsythe Canyon to Waterfall and Gross Reservoir: This hike has it all–a canyon, a lake, a stream and a waterfall. This easy 2 mile hike is dog and kid friendly and is open until late fall.

3. Red Rocks Trail at Settler’s Park: This short 1 mile easy hike winds around beautiful and interesting sandstone formations and is dog friendly and open year round.

4. Canyon Loop Trail at Betasso Preserve: This 3 mile moderately difficult hike takes you through meadows and forests where wildlife abounds and is the perfect spot to watch the sun set over Boulder.
